Bill
Bailey and his highly motivated staff have been an active part of the
Brookville community since 1984. Since 1988, when Dr. Bailey began
his own independent private practice known as Cornerstone Physical
Therapy, he has been an innovator in the field, bringing the latest
technology and procedures to the region. These are just some of the
accomplishments he has achieved over the years and brought to Brookville
through Cornerstone Physical Therapy:
- 1984 - Work Capacity/Functional Training, Functional Capacity Testing & Manual Therapy approach to physical therapy.
- 1985 – Myofascial Release Techniques
- 1990 – Micro Electric Stimulation
- 1991 – In-house Aqua Therapy
- 1992 – Orthopedics Specialty Certification

Cornerstone Physical Therapy is accredited as a “Direct Access Provider”, meaning that any patient can see our physical therapist directly, without a referral from a physician, provided your insurance allows for Direct Access.
